Who We Are

A cafe for people who care what's on their plate

pHuel Cafe sits right on Euclid Ave in the heart of downtown Cleveland — a bright, green-walled spot where the food is cooked from scratch and the ingredients are organic whenever we can get them. No shortcuts in the dressings, no shortcuts in the prep.

Our name says it plainly: food should fuel you. Every salad, sandwich and side on our menu is built to taste good and do good — whether that means a vegan swap, a gluten-free side, or a grilled protein straight off the line.
